Adam M. Barnes, a senior partner in the firm, is a 1993 graduate of Indiana University and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 1999, he graduated from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of West Virginia and State of Ohio. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, West Virginia Bar Association and Ohio Bar Association. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Mr. Barnes concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith as well as commercial matters involving premises liability, fire losses, employment liability and contractual disputes. He chairs the firm’s Insurance Coverage practice.
