Walsh, Collis & Blackmer represents management in all
facets of labor and employment relations. We regularly counsel clients on
day-to-day issues that arise in the workplace in addition to defending clients
in administrative agencies, state and federal courts. The firm also conducts
sexual harassment investigations for our clients. We represent clients in
claims alleging violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, the Pregnancy
Discrimination Act, the Equal Pay Act and Pennsylvania’s Wage Payment and
Collection Law. The firm assists management clients in private sector labor
relations by negotiating and administering labor agreements, representing
clients in labor arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor
Relations Board. Paul J. Walsh III and Trisha A. Gill chair the labor and
