A woman tripped over a cardboard display in a grocery store, fracturing her right elbow and sustaining permanent nerve damage. She alleged that the aisles in the store were too narrow and the display at issue protruded too far into the aisle. As a result of her fall she claimed pain, suffering, and inconvenience in addition to lost wages and impaired future earning capacity.
