Summary
John M. Polena, an associate in the firm, is a 2003 graduate of Washington and Lee University and a 2006 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning an Environmental Law, Science and Policy certificate.

At Washington and Lee, he was a four time letter winner and captain of the wrestling team. At Pitt, John was an editor for the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law and a certified legal intern at the Environmental Law Clinic. He also interned in the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, working primarily under the Honorable Raymond Zimmet, and in the legal department of Strategic Energy, L.L.C.

John currently performs legal research and drafting for Pennsylvania Negligence by Thomas J. Dempsey, Jr., Esquire. John concentrates his practice in the firm's diverse civil litigation and domestic relations practices.
